What is a rodeo button?A rodeo button is a physical button that allows you entry into all of the pre-rodeo events. One button is good for ALL of the pre-rodeo events. Buttons cost $7 and can be purchased in-person at locations throughout the Fort Madison Area, as well as at each of the pre-rodeo events. Pre-Rodeo Events included with the purchase of a button are: Fareway Pancake Breakfast, Special Kids Rodeo, Fareway Chili Supper, Lil Spurs Rodeo, Hy-Vee Pork Dinner, Little Miss Rodeo & All Around Cowboy, and Pee Wee Barrels. Rodeo buttons are only available in person; they are not sold online. They cost $7 and allow entry into all pre-rodeo events. Do you offer any military discounts?Military Night is Friday, September 6th this year. Any past or present members of the military can obtain a free ticket. All members (past and present) of the armed forces get a FREE ticket to the rodeo (Friday Only)! Get yours by stopping out at the ticket office OR verify your military status through VerifyPass (https://verifypass.com/offers/website/www.tristaterodeo.org) and get a promo code to claim your FREE Friday Night Rodeo ticket online!

Do children get in for free?Six and under are free Thursday night - with a paid adult and a child's ticket; children's tickets are available at the ticket office and online. A Child's ticket is REQUIRED for all children who are 3 years - to 6 years old. 2 and under (lap child) are free (no ticket needed) on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Nights.

I lost my ticket that I purchased online, how can I get another one?If you ordered your ticket off our website (via Etix), please contact 1-800-514-ETIX for further help or visit https://support.etix.com/ to request it to be resent. Physical tickets purchased at the venue cannot be replaced. **Please note that we are only able to guarantee tickets that were purchased either at our ticket off or through our website, via Etix. We are not able to verify or guarantee any tickets purchased through a 3rd party.

How can I get VIP section tickets?The VIP section is not sold online. Much of this section is limited to sponsors and season pass holders. But there are at times tickets that become available. If interested, please call the ticket office and we will place you on the waiting list.

Do you offer military discounts?To all Military Members, Thank you for your service! After verification, all active and past military members will receive a FREE upper bleacher ticket to the rodeo on Friday, September 6, 2024. You can verify by stopping in at the ticket office or verifying online. Details are below. Your free upper bleacher ticket can also be used as a voucher for a higher-priced ticket. TICKET OFFICE: To receive your ticket, just stop by our ticket office during posted open hours and show your military ID. ONLINE: To extend this program to those coming from out of the area and those who are unable to make it to the ticket office when they are open, we have added the option of ordering your military ticket online. Those who verify through the external website (via VerifyPass - below) will receive a promo code, which is good for 1 FREE Upper Bleacher Ticket! This code can be used on Etix (our ticketing site) to order your ticket. You can also use the code as a coupon (good for $35) toward an upgraded ticket. Do you have shuttles in Fort Madison?We do offer a shuttle service from select parking locations. Buses running from downtown and the hotels will run Wednesday and Thursday from 5PM—12AM, Friday and Saturday from 5PM—2AM, and park and campground buses will run from 5PM—10PM on all nights. Pickup Locations in town are: Cobblestone Inn and Suites Quality Inn and Suites Baxter Sports Complex Connections Bank Parking Lot

Can I bring a jacket, hoodie, or extra clothing layer?Yes. Additional clothing either carried in or inside a clear bag is allowed.

Can I bring in medical equipment?Yes. Any medical equipment that is needed while you are at the rodeo is allowed, after a proper inspection.
